Get onto the Madingley Road (A1303) heading out of Cambridge, either by turning left just over Magdalene Bridge or turn left at the mini-roundabout at the northern end of Queens’ Road.
Follow Madingley Road over the M11.
Take the right turn into Cambridge Road (if you reach the American War Cemetry Entrance on the main road, you have gone too far).
Turn right in the village of Madingley, onto High Street. There is a manor house owned by the University opposite you at the roundabout.
Turn left onto Dry Drayton Road once you are through the village centre.
Park Lane is the next right but that is a few minutes riding away.
Turn right at the T-junction into Oakington Road.
The stables are on the right hand side of Oakington Road, close to the bus stops and with a sign on the road.

From the centre of town, it is 6 miles. At a leisurely pace on a bike not made for anything else, it can be done in 30 minutes. Those of you combining riding with Blues squad cycling will be there in about half that time!
