Hill Top is a livery yard and riding stables in the village of Yelling, approximately 20 minutes drive from Cambridge’s town centre. The horses are high quality schoolmasters with impressive C.V.s ranging from grade C showjumping to advanced level dressage. Sharon is a British Regional Dressage Trainer and the university riding teams use her expertise and facilities to train and host their home competitions.

Three types of lesson are offered to club riders at Hill Top. Intermediate/advanced jumping or intermediate/advanced dressage lessons are aimed at the more experienced riders in the club and occur on weeknights and Saturday afternoons (usually three lessons offered per week). The lessons are all in open order and use the more highly trained horses. Transitional lessons are aimed at novice/intermediate riders who are considering the move from Springhill to Hill Top and occur once a week on a weeknight (usually Wednesdays).

Lessons last for one hour and a maximum of four riders can attend each lesson.
