This part of CURC exists to organise lessons and competitions on local horses for anyone who wants to ride while they are in Cambridge but hasn’t got a horse down the road; whether you have never been on a horse before and are looking to take up something new or are hoping to improve your riding before going home to compete your own horses.

To cater for everyone, we use 2 local riding stables. Complete beginners up to novice riders riders ride at Springhill Stables near Dry Drayton. Our intermediate and advanced riders ride at Hill Top Equestrian Centre in Yelling, where the team host BUCS fixtures.

Lessons are allocated weekly on a first come, first served basis and are at additional cost to the membership fee.

There are annual inter-collegiate dressage and show jumping competitions and a novice dressage competition internal to the Club.
