Being a CURC member doesn’t stop when your time at Cambridge is over you’ll all be glad to hear! We’d love to keep you all involved, whether you end up working nearby and want to continue with lessons through the club, just want to keep an eye on what is happening by reading the newsletters, or are able to join us for club socials and trips.

This year sees the clubs inaugural Annual Dinner, held in week six of Lent term so keep the date in your diary for a chance to come back and enjoy a formal dinner at one of the colleges in true Cambridge style. It promises to be a great night to celebrate all the club achieves over the year. There will also be the first club riding trip away which is currently in the planning stages, but we will let you know all the details as soon as we can. Both will be great opportunities to catch up with old CURC friends.

We are also supporting Riding for the Disabled with events held throughout the year which you are all most welcome to join us for. If you have any fundraising ideas or wish to organise your own event to support this great cause then please do let us know.

And finally, please remember that as a club we are currently seeking sponsorship, so if you have any contacts we would be really grateful to hear of them. We really would like to make riding at Cambridge as affordable as possible so that everyone who wishes to can experience the benefits of getting out of town and forming partnerships with the horses and noone is unable to do this due to financial circumstances.

Make sure that you are on our alumni mailing list to ensure you don’t miss out on any information (email our Secretary Vicky ( for enquiries) and we look forward to seeing you sometime over the coming year!
